Andavo Travel Completes Annual Conference for network of advisors and luxury travel’s top industry professionals

Leisure Host travel agency Andavo Travel completed its 16th annual AndavoConnections event held at The Boca Raton Resort in Boca Raton, FL, from October 5-7, 2022.

The event began with professional development and training sessions, in addition to presentations by Andavo’s CEO, Mike Cameron, including a keynote from entrepreneur Kelly Clements and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. The main topic from Cameron focused on the company’s strategy of organizing efforts around two core values: 1) We Value People, and 2) We Create Value. Cameron explained how these efforts lead to opportunities for increased growth in the client and advisor experiences. He also pointed to the evolution of things like Andavo’s network of independent contractors and the enhanced partnerships in technologies that will provide greater efficiencies and enhancements to the network. He highlighted the company’s dedication to elevating the human, digital, and consultative approach toward building the company’s future and providing elevated experiences for clients, advisors, and consumers. During the Opening Session, keynote speaker Kelly Clements also spoke about the evolution of the travel industry and presented on Passion before Profit with insights on work, life, balance, and freedoms of time, money, relationships, and purpose.

In addition to inspirational thoughts and insights from the Opening Session, attendees also participated in one-on-one networking and best practices discussions centered on how the advisor’s business has changed, supplier partnerships, and headwinds impacting the travel industry now and into the future. Andavo advisors also got to participate in some fun team-building activities that provided participants time to bond over healthy competition in an outdoor Florida beach setting – complete with team shirts and medals for the winning team.

The conference ended with an Advisory Board meeting, including ideas and plans for the next AndavoConnections conference in 2023.
